Beaches


Among the beaches of Rota, the Costilla is one of the finest beaches in Spain and is stated as the Shell of the South. It can be found at the foot of the town.

Beside the Costilla, Rota also hosts another beach: "El Rompidillo." This beach boasts of an attractive promenade and a great view of the Bay of Cadiz.

Rota also has an area of beaches that are considered wild beaches like "Arroyo Hondo," "Punta Candor" and "La Ballena," for they are situated a wild and natural environment.
