Playa Chica
A small family beach which could be located by the walkway called Muelle de Rivera right to the west of the said town. This beach resort is well-liked by the nearby inhabitants and by the tourists who happen to know the place.
La Caleta
Rock strewn bays are also sought-after by tourists. La Caleta is situated just to the east of the said town.
Playa de los Lances
Playa de los Lances could be found north of the town, as far as a small headland on which sits Torre de la Peña with the 10 km of white sandy paradise for which Tarifa is known of. In fact this is where the 2001 World Kite Surf Championships was held. The beach and the pines behind it are protected and named a Natural Area.
Playa de Valdevaqueros
Drawing out from the small peninsula wherein which Torre de la Peña, sits near the Hurricane Hotel and to the huge dunes which stretch across the beach at the cape known as Punta Paloma. This beach is the venue of annual world wind surf championships. A small lagoon can be found behind the sand dunes at the north end.
